My wonderful husband got me the greatest gift last week: a new camera!! I've been desiring a nicer camera for quite a while now (and dropping lots of obvious hints) and I'm super excited to have one now! It's a Nikon D60 and it's my birthday/Christmas/Valentine's Day/Push Present (even though I didn't actually have to do any pushing) all rolled into one. I've always loved photography and have wanted to get into it as a hobby. I'm really excited to learn how to use my new camera better and to learn more about photography. Here's the first photos I've taken with it. They're of the twins on their 1 month birthday last Friday. I LOVE that there's no red eye and that they don't have to squint because of the flash.
Your baby boys are so adorible i still would like to send you something for the two of them and you!!! Congrats on the camera... i am so super camera happy it's unbelievable !!! So i was reading your blog and i saw where you said you had struggles with pacifiers... i too have several struggles, i have found that the paicifiers like you guys use just don't stay in very well Tommy can't keep them in his mouth for anything... he loves them but they just fall out. He like the MaM brand which are orthodic, but the nuk are really good (he just prefers what he likes) We tried every pacifier out there and he only really will take the MaM but he is even selctive on when he takes them. Hopefully that helps.

(ps don't forget Tylonal is not a sleep aid it is a pain reliver i won't even give my little man tylonal is he is in pain from teething i give him teething tablits)
Hey Kimmy! I think the camera is a gift to all of us... cause now we get to see more pictures!!! (Yes, I just said something that cheezy.) Anyway, I've actually been looking into buying the exact same camera (albeit via craigslist), so we can be camera twins!
How can you tell which kid is which? You should post an analysis on their feature differences sometime.
By they way - did you use your new camera for your "Sunday Outing"? I remember thinking that the pictures had extra nice dimension to them, even before I knew about your camera! :-)
How many ways can you say CUTE! We love to go back to the pictures over and over again to get our "grandson fix". Can't wait to see you again in a couple of weeks. All our love!
Kim....was thinking about your paicifier comment...according to Health Sleep Habits (my favorite sleep book), 5-6 weeks is the height of fussiness & most kids settle down after that...thought that might be encouraging!! We didn't push a paci after 3 months & Joel learned to fall asleep on his own...which was/is so nice!!
The pictures of Cullen and Jack are wonderful. Your mom shared one way to tell them apart but are there others? Congratulations on your new camera-have fun!
How sweet is Brandon! That's so awesome! That camera is money well spent. Think of all the things you'll take pictures of them doing...you can't put a price on that. And, I love the pictures you've already taken!
Okay, sicne I have no new pictures to comment on (hint, hint) I just want to say that the best pictures are the ones at the end. I love their little chubby cheeks. Too cute for words. Love you, Mom

Healthy Sleep Habits, Happy Child is the full name of the book I think.
