The Legacy Lives On

So the Lakers won their 15th NBA championship on Sunday night. My dad is one happy guy right now! He told me at the beginning of the season that the Lakers would win it all because each year that one of us girls was born, the Lakers were the NBA champions (except for poor Anna, they lost in the finals to Detroit that year). So, since his first grandsons were born this season, of course the Lakers would win... and they did!

Coincidence? I think not. Apparently, babies are tied to Lakers championships in my family (or at least trips to the finals). Time will only tell if this tradition continues...
