The Weekend

On Saturday we went to Mount Vernon for an 18th Century Craft Fair which turned out to be much, much cooler than I had hoped. They had brought in crafters and artists from all over the country who make colonial products and crafts. They had woodworkers, weavers, painters, soap and candle makers, iron workers, calligraphers, and much more! It was a lot of fun! I'm so glad we went!

Apparently the Founding Fathers had iPhones in their day...
We also had the chance to take some ultra cute pictures of the boys on George Washington's lawn. Some of these are frame-worthy, in fact I already ordered some! Enjoy, grandmas!

Cullen

Jackson

They just LOVE grass- pulling it out, eating it, squishing it in their hands, etc.

Cullen's got a mouthful

Someone got a little grumpy halfway through the little photoshoot

My grandsons have the cutest toes I have ever seen. Jackson has the same exact grin that you had as a baby. I am going to dig out the pictures for you. Love you all so much.
