40 Weeks!

Today is my due date... no signs of labor though. I'm totally ok with that, I have been anticipating that I'd probably go late for most of the pregnancy. Since I never went into labor with the twins, this is more like a first pregnancy and my doctor told me to expect labor to progress more slowly and to go late. My only concern is that I don't go too late because I want to avoid another c-section at all costs. I am finally having some early signs of labor though so I am hopeful that this little boy will come on his own within the next week. You can pray with us that he does!

In the meantime, I guess that nesting instinct finally kicked in! Brandon and I have been purging, organizing and cleaning the entire house this weekend. I was so sore on Sunday evening that I nearly cried when I had to get out of bed to use the bathroom. It was well worth it as far as I'm concerned though. All that hard work finally brought on some semi-painful Braxton Hicks that have been coming pretty frequently and consistently for the past few days.

I've also been trying to plan lots of fun outings with Jack and Cullen this week too. We went to the Natural History Museum on Friday to see the dinosaurs. Lots and lots of swimming over the weekend. And this week I plan on taking them to the splash park, the airplane park and maybe another new park too. Oh and Grandma Sari comes tonight so we will be having lots of fun with her too!

Come on out baby, we are all dying to meet you! And I'm not gonna lie... It's gonna be really nice to be thin again!
