We stayed pretty busy this week, there's no slowing Jackson and Cullen down, even with a new baby in the house! We found an awesome new park not far from our house with a train ride for kids. The boys LOVED it of course!
Somebody had also built this cool teepee out of sticks
Our little firefighter Cullen sliding down the fire pole
Playing with some toy airplanes
Painting birdhouses with Grandma. She's going to bring them back to Idaho and hang them out in the yard. The boys are excited to visit the birds who live in their houses the next time we are in Stanley!
The newness of their little brother still hasn't worn off. Jack and Cullen adore him! They are constantly wanting to touch him, kiss him, hold him and "check on him." Sometimes they'll tell me, "I just check and see if his eyes are open, ok Mommy?" or "I just check and see if he has spit up, then I can wipe it up."
Helping Daddy wash the car. I don't think I've mentioned on here yet that we got a minivan a couple months ago. We needed a car we could all fit in! Not only are we now minivan people, we LOVE this thing! It's the first car I've ever owned that was less than 10 years old when we bought it, it's big enough for all of us to fit in (plus our family when they're visiting), and it is sooo convenient! Seriously, for somebody who once swore she'd never drive a minivan, I'm blissfully happy driving one now.
Elliott's first trip to the pool, just hours after he left the hospital. He slept right through it, but Jack and Cullen liked showing their new brother all the cool tricks they can do in the pool. I'm sad summer is almost over and the pool will be closed soon :-/ We've had hours and hours of fun here this summer!
