Not to be morbid, because I know you're totally kidding, but a young girl did that to her baby a while ago and the baby suffocated and died. Really sad. Sorry to be a downer.
On another note, I recall uttering the phrase, "You want a ride in the dryer??" a few times in those early days with Hailey, too.
Keep your chin up, Kim! And you might try putting a tiny drop of either mylicon or tylenol on the end of the paci...it tastes sweet, so they might be more inclined to keep it in. :)

We used to just barely tuck Case's paci into his swaddle blanket.
I JUST used Jessica's tylenol trick to try to trick Case into thinking he could go back to sleep and extend his nap. Didn't work. :(
